Founded by actor, writer, filmmaker, and Weinstein Survivor Sarah Ann Masse, Hire Survivors is a survivor run nonprofit organization working to end career retaliation against survivors of sexual violence while creating a safer and more equitable world for all.
Through divisions like Hire Survivors Hollywood® and Hire Survivors Broadway, we envision a world where inclusive representation goes beyond the entertainment industry and becomes a core element of our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility, and safety for historically marginalized groups. Through our work with survivors – a historically marginalized and diverse group themselves – we represent a holistic path towards a more just and inclusive future for everyone.
